Road to Success in Customer Service
Customer service is playing a vital role in our lives. We have subscriptions almost everywhere and we
cannot avoid reaching out to the representative of the company where we invested our money to ask
help or for more information.
If not all of us then most of us, have cable service, internet service, mobile service, etc. These services
are now a necessity for most of us and we cannot avoid experiencing some service interruption or
sometimes, we want to know more about the products and/or services that we subscribe to, hence, we
are calling the customer service hotline or the technical support team.
When we go to the mall, we are looking for a new TV set, game console, or whatever it is that you want
to buy and sometimes you can’t avoid interacting with the representative because you want to more
about the product, know the customer’s feedback, or probably you are looking for recommendations.
Whether or not you are a Customer Service Representative, you will experience this. Every day when we
interact with our family, friends, colleagues, it is almost the same with customer service.
So, the question now is what is Customer Service? What do we want to get out this? If you want to be a
