Ensuring a Healthy Future
Culinary students are given the opportunity to connect to local organic
farms, and are introduced to the importance of healthy eating, mindful
harvesting and urban agriculture sustainability. Our mission is to educate
young professionals to become more conscious of healthier food choices
and positively impact their own communities.
Industry Validation Mentorship
BCA’s Seal of Approval program provides the opportunity for both minority
young and seasoned professionals to learn about the qualifications of
hire-ability and advance-ability for career development. Diverse talent is
encouraged to grow together as they build on relationships with industry
leaders, professionals and fellow peers.
Career Development
BCA Members will benefit from building a strong foundation on various
industry related matters. This includes one-on-one coaching sessions,
resume writing consultation, interview preparation, networking and
professional development.
