Fostering Performance
In today’s changing and challenging environment, education remains a
minimum requirement for career success and advancement. BCAGlobal is
instrumental in connecting and preparing culinary students and professionals
of color (Asian-American, Native American, Latino, and Black) with the
specialized skills, education, training, and mentoring required to achieve
socio-economic empowerment for themselves and their families.
Annual Food & Wine Event
For over 10 years, BCA has partnered with leading industry professionals
to feature culinary dishes with an array of the best wines from around the
world. Culinary students will have the unique opportunity to work side-by-
side with seasoned chefs.
Entrepreneurial Projects in Development
This project is focused on the food and business fundamentals necessary to
start a new small business and also provides an economic scalable model for
building a business year to year.
60 women will be trained by professional women who are already successful
within the catering industry.
Additional coaching will also be provided for those program trainees
who are in need of real life food service experience in a professional and
constructive learning environment.
