The Ecotalk Rooted in Nature Garden shows how a diverse kitchen garden can help address the biodiversity crisis. Based on Garden Organic’ s Every Garden Matters research, it highlights ways to support wildlife while growing food and conserving water. At its heart is a vegetable patch planted with Heritage Seed Library crops and pollinator-friendly companion flowers. Surrounding this are habitats such as rot holes, frog rocks, bee houses and a pond. A vibrant rain garden demonstrates a sustainable, nature-friendly approach to water conservation.
