Telling the story of many generations , where simple moments in backyards and parks have sparked a love for gardening . Each plant tells a story of cherished memories : hunting for frog spawn , making rose perfume , and tasting sun-ripened tomatoes . This garden captures these treasured pastimes and inspires others to create their own magic moments . After the exhibition , the Magic Moments border will be relocated to a Women ’ s Aid domestic abuse refuge .

A Plot Amongst The Chickens

My garden is inspired by my own allotment and garden . I wanted to demonstrate how it is possible to keep chickens and grow beautiful flowers alongside edibles in a small space , while also showcasing sustainability . Chickens are fantastic animals that not only provide eggs , but their waste can be used to create chicken manure compost to add back into the garden . I love to share my space with wild birds too , as the sounds from both them and the chickens are a great stress relief and help boost my mental health .
