TRANSFERS
OF ENTITLEMENTS
Up until the 19th October 2014
entitlement transfers can continue
under the SFP rules, using the
existing RLE1 forms. As this is under
the old regime the transferee does
not have to be an ‘active farmer’.
From the 19th October 2014 to midJanuary 2015 it will not be possible
to transfer entitlements as the RPA
will be using this period to calculate
stakeholders BPS entitlements in
readiness for the new scheme.
Once
the
SFP
entitlements
have been converted into BPS
entitlements, there will be a further
opportunity to trade entitlements
from mid-January up until a date
