the drywall so that it looks like the entire wall is
done in millwork.
The main splurge areas in this project are the
audio visual equipment, carpet and powder
room. The audio visual equipment includes a
ceiling mounted projector hidden in the ceiling
coffers. The wool carpet is both comfy and
warm, but also easy to clean after a party.
The back bar is very simple with beveled mirrors.
This is very inexpensive to do and it really
visually extends the space. It also means that
one can sit at the bar and still see the TV
adjacent to the pool table on the wall behind
them!

The powder room was designed to compement the
space and provide a wow factor. Guests are usually
only in a small powder room for a short period of
time so you can really go all out with pattern.
