•We deliver at home or we do bank deposit depending of the customer choice.
•In Gabon, as well the parents can make the transaction at home. We clearly understand that some people are busy.
•We work 24/7 even on holidays.
•We also make advance on money only for our loyal customers . For example we pay you a part of the money you will receive, in advance. The money should be replaced within 3 days only. Why 3 days, because we consider that your demand is an emergency (maybe you need grocery or you are sick) and your parents will definitely send you your money within those days. It is not a loan
•Customers who make high transaction and those who make many transactions in a month, receive gift in order to reward their loyalty. The type of gift depend; it can be anything.
What are your terms with the Gabonese’s competitors?
Arsene: I know the name of the companies but I have never seen the owners’ face- to- face. We do not really know each other. Except for the owner of Trans Express Global who is a brother to me.
He did support us with counsels when we started NAT FINANCE. We grew up in the same area in Gabon, when we have time to meet or chat we do so. He is a brother.

Arsene: Purple because it is a color which represent spirituality, of course for catholic believer.
If you were a super hero, which one will you be?
Arsene: Super heroes! I do not like things that go beyond human capacities but the one who give me the strength to believe that I can do all and to whom I identify, is Thomas Isidore Sankara.
Brenda: I don’t really know the Hero who have existed. I am sorry, I am a bit narcissistic. I will say myself for I believe in myself, I will make myself what I will be tomorrow. And yeah!!
God, for I place all in him, I think that he has a plan for all. He already wrote our lives and we live it. This is the reason why I do not believe in hazard.

Brenda: DOGS because a dog has a pure inner and he can easily adapt itself to man. like we say, dogs are the man best friend.
Arsene: I do not have a favorite animal but I like to eat pangolins
