could and I have never

Mr. Sanjay explained that the level of respect guests such as
him receive is of the highest form and it especially pleases him.
In India, casinos are not the norm and there are very limited
numbers of such places that exist, preferably in tourist locations
such as Goa. Mr. Sanjay, has visited many other casinos in
countries such as the Seychelles, Cyprus and Tajikistan but
nothing beats Bally’s in Sri Lanka, he says.
“I visit Bally’s every six months and it has no doubt grown on me.
The staff are polite and attentive and after having the incredible
change Sri Lanka as a country has gone through, it has only made
me increase my travel frequency as well, to this beautiful island,”
