Despite being in operation for approximately four years, this sole proprietorship specializes in breakfast delivery, catering and private chef work with clients ranging from private individuals and corporate entities to visitors. Le Crouton Superieur breakfast delivery service provides various types of pastries such as patties, sausage rolls, rotis and banana bread, just to name a few. In their catering service line Le Crouton Superieur offer menus for all occasions with the chef's special dishes. Q&A with Jamell Small What would you say are some of your greatest challenges as an entrepreneur? With the tough economic times we try to create items that are affordable, while bridging the gap between fine dining and normal, everyday food. We aim to provide fine dining concepts at an affordable price - it's challenging but allows us to be creative; so it’s fulfilling. What are some of your achievements within your business? Some of my greatest achievements are making the decision to register my business; catering for over 850 persons for the first time; catering for my first wedding; reaching the point where I was able to hire staff; and purchasing my first set of catering equipment. It brought tears to my eyes when I looked back at how far I've come.
