A high point came with the opening of Whispers on the Bay Restaurant where Chef Alfredo designed menus that showcased his passion for haute cuisine. Later he worked as Group Executive Chef for the Ocean Hotels Group bringing innovation to the all-inclusive dining experience. As a Private Chef he now caters to the most discerning of palates.
