o, we’ve all been at that
same place. We know what
we should be doing, but the shiny
lights of social media are calling
us, then we just have to watch a
quick video (that quickly turns to
5 quick videos) and we know we
should be getting on with the task
in hand, which I will, I’ll just grab a
quick coffee first, then I’ll totally be
on it!
And so it goes on…
I can be the queen of procrastinating
if I allow myself. I can easily get to
¾ of the way through my working
day and realise that I haven’t

actually achieved much at all.
This is no good for anyone. You feel
stressed if you haven’t done what
you set out to and this can make
you feel really shit about yourself
and you can get into a downward
spiral.
But fear not, if this is you right

as a badass business owner, I’ve
learnt a few tips and tricks that can
help you stay focused and get the
shizzle done when you want to get
it done and stop putting it off!
