It’s so much easier when you have
everything you need to achieve
that day written down. Even if this
includes you adding any time you
want to spend with the family or
mindset work you want to fit in.
Give it a slot in your day.
2. EAT THE FROG.
Heard of this expression before?
The thing you have been avoiding
putting off until tomorrow. The
thing that seems like a mammoth
task- that is the frog! Get it done
first and foremost and out of the
way- voila!
3. TURN OFF THE SHINY
It’s too easy to get distracted and
allow your procrastination to set
in when we have so much to get

distracted by these days. Turn off
your social media notifications,
put your phone on silent, whatever
it takes to stop yourself getting
distracted, will all help. If you
have your inbox pinging and the
notifications coming through every
5 seconds, It’s no wonder you find
something to take you away from
the task in hand.
4. JUST START
Do you ever have an idea, or want to
do something, then a year passes
and you are still in the same place
as you were last year? What if you
had just started last year? You
would be a year further along and
closer to getting your idea up and
running, or possibly already living
that life you dream of. Stop putting
