The results speak for themselves.“ One of the most rewarding aspects of running Little Notes Music Academy is seeing how music strengthens the connection between parents and their children,” Corene reflects.“ I have also seen children grow tremendously in confidence, listening skills and social interaction over time,” she says.“ It is so special when parents share that their child, who may have been shy at first, gradually becomes more engaged and expressive through music.”
That’ s what Little Notes Music Academy is all about: making learning joyful, fostering natural connections, and filling childhood with a truly special soundtrack.

“ We create space for honest conversations, share advice and tips, and laugh together.”
Giggles and Grow
Founded by Kelsey Mohamed, Giggles and Grow is a thoughtfully designed parent-and-baby group that’ s all about connection, calm, and a little bit of magic along the way.
“ I tried to create the space that I wish were available when my kids were little,” she explains.“ Motherhood can be isolating, and these classes provide a space of connection for moms and their babies.” In a world where many parents feel they’ re navigating things alone, Giggles and Grow offers something refreshingly simple yet powerful: community.“ I wanted to create a space where moms can feel comfortable and safe to come and enjoy with their kids.”
At her classes, moms meet friends who are in the same season as they are and share their experiences.“ There is no

pressure and the environment is friendly and calm.”
Sessions cater to little ones from 2 months to 3 years, with charmingly named groups like Little Lambs( 2 – 4 months), Happy Hippos( 5 – 9 months), Dancing Dolphins( 10 – 15 months), and Playful Penguins( 16 months – 3 years). Each stage is met with age-appropriate activities designed to nurture both growth and bonding.
Kelsey is a qualified educator with 11 years of experience.“ All the activities have been carefully and intentionally created to align with developmental milestones,” she explains.“ We also focus on bonding – fostering the connection between parent and child, and between moms and other moms. This fosters a sense of community –‘ a village’ if you will.”
Sessions include music, sensory play, movement, dance, messy play, and activities that build fine and gross motor skills.“ Easy activities that can be recreated at home.”
And don’ t forget the parents.“ We create space for honest conversations, share advice and tips, and laugh together.”
And the impact?“ We have families that move through the different classes with us, and it’ s so wonderful to see them grow and learn,” she says.“ Parents see the value when kids repeat the songs or actions at home, or when a shy or reserved child begins to interact with others by the end of the course.”
Her final thought captures it perfectly:“ We are creating magic.”
