Makes 24 Vanilla Cupcakes. 1 3/4 Cups of Flour (of your choice) 1 Tsp of Baking Powder 1 Tsp of Baking Soda 1 Tsp of Salt 1 Cup of Applesauce 1./2 Cup of Coconut Oil (or oil of your choice) 1 Cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk or Soy Milk) 2 Tablespoons of Vanilla Extract For The CupcakE Cravers 1.. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. 2.. Combine dry and wet ingredients separately. 3. Mix wet and dry ingredients together until smooth and creamy. 4. Pour into 24 baking cups. 5.
