Makes 24 Vanilla Cupcakes.
1 3/4 Cups of Flour (of your choice)
1 Tsp of Baking Powder
1 Tsp of Baking Soda
1 Tsp of Salt
1 Cup of Applesauce
1./2 Cup of Coconut Oil (or oil of your choice)
1 Cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk or Soy Milk)
2 Tablespoons of Vanilla Extract

1.. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2.. Combine dry and wet ingredients separately.
3. Mix wet and dry ingredients together until smooth
and creamy.
4. Pour into 24 baking cups.
5. Bake 15-18 minutes.
6. Let cupcakes cool completely.
7. Frost with the chocolate recipe below (but do not
refrigerate!) for sugar-free chocolate frosting!

Few Dashes Of Sea Salt
1. Mix coconut oil, cocoa powder,
and honey in a bowl, until you have
a consistent texture, then pour into
an ice cube tray.
2. Sprinkle sea salt on the top
surface.
3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until
the mixture has hardened and
enjoy your guilt-free chocolate bar!
