By closing the lid , these droplets and particles are contained and do not spread as easily . Additionally , closing the lid also helps minimise odours that can emanate from the toilet bowl .

In fact , there is no proper evidence for this claim . Also , these antibacterial soaps may contain triclosan which , in the long term , can cause an hormonal imbalance .

Hydrating first thing in the morning , helps to replenish any fluid you might have lost during the night through sweating or sleeping with your mouth open . Simply put , eating the rainbow involves eating fruits and vegetables of different colours every day . Plants contain different pigments or phytonutrients , which give them their colour . Different coloured plants are linked to higher levels of specific nutrients and health benefits .
