YUMMY CHOCOLATE BROWNIES

When the craving strikes for a classic fudgy brownie , these will not fail you . They ’ re gooey and chewy on the inside and crunchy on the outside . In fact they ’ re simply irresistible !
Total time : 40 min Makes : 12
Ingredients
• 1 1 / 4 cups cake flour
• 1 tsp pink Himalayan salt
• 1 / 4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 2 cups chocolate chips
• 1 cup ( 2 sticks ) butter , cut into small blocks
• 1 1 / 2 cups granulated sugar
• 1 / 2 cups packed brown sugar
• 5 large eggs at room temperature
• 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
Directions
1 . Preheat oven to 180 °. Butter a 23cm × 33cm baking pan and line with baking paper . In a medium bowl , whisk together flour , salt and cocoa powder .
2 . Set a large heat-proof bowl over a pot of simmering water to create a double-boiler . Add butter and 1 1 / 2 cups chocolate chips to the bowl . Heat , stirring occasionally until the chocolate and butter are completely melted and smooth . Remove bowl from heat , then whisk in sugar and stir until combined .
3 . Add eggs one at a time , stirring well between each addition , then stir in vanilla extract . Add the flour mixture to the chocolate mixture and fold in the dry ingredients with a rubber spatula until just combined . Fold in remaining 1 / 2 cup chocolate chips .
4 . Pour batter into prepared pan . Bake for about 30 minutes , until a toothpick inserted into the centre of the brownies , comes out with a few moist crumbs . Cool completely in pan before cutting . Then … enjoy !
