Mental health issues manifest in many forms and are incredibly diverse , making them even more difficult to understand and address .
One of the best ways to protect your mental health is through self-care . This includes finding a work / life balance , following a healthy diet , doing some exercise and making sure you get at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep every night . These basics are the foundation of a sound mind .

Sharing your thoughts and feelings with others can provide a sense of relief and perspective .

Find a hobby
Identify a hobby or activities that bring you joy and fulfilment .
