try. The secretariat of the SAARC CCI is in Pakistan,
Islam Abad. SAARC CCI country chapters introduce
executive committee members to SAARC CCI every
year. Under SAARC CCI various council are estab-
lished. One of the councils is SAARC CCI Women
Entrepreneurs Council (SCWEC) which was estab-
lished 15 years ago. The secretariat of these councils
are on 2 years’ rotation basis to each SAARC coun-
try. Afghanistan has never taken the leadership of this
council as there was no organization to do so. Lastly
