MARY BARAKAT
Having a career in real estate has been a wonderful blessing for past 10+
years! I have worked in the industry with CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company
since 2004, having started out as an assistant to then getting my license.
I am glad to have the support of my family, my husband and my company. They
have helped me grow and prosper in this business. I’ve been working as a single
producer for over nine years now and am proud of my accomplishments! I
have learned that quality service will produce relationships, and in return
you will receive referrals. That is what this business is all about! Here is to
many more years working alongside all of you and many more successful
transactions!
MARY EUBANKS
Born and raised in Marion, Ohio, my family relocated in December 2011
for my husband’s job and settled on the small town of Midlothian for the
excellent rated schools. Shortly after relocating, the potential of earning a
great living was evident by the number of others relocating to the area just
as we did. After a couple of years commuting over an hour each way to my
job in Allen, I decided to go for it and began taking online real estate classes
while working full-time.
In April 2014, I became a part-time licensed real estate agent while still
working my full-time job, until my boss did me the biggest favor and pulled
the last straw. Due to the amazing opportunity I had already begun pursuing,
I was able to say, “no more”. No longer a slave to my boss or a paycheck, I
was finally able to have my life back, a flexible schedule to attend important
events, schedule vacation without having to gain approval, etc.
I am proud to say I have earned four times my salary in 2018 working the
same number of hours at a job that I used to be a slave to. My husband made
the decision to follow the same path and recently became a licensed real
estate agent. Thank you CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company for putting the
tools in place to allow me to live my best life :)
