2020 MARY EUBANKS My family relocated from my hometown in Ohio for my husband’s job in 2011. After much research, we settled on the quaint town of Midlothian. Shortly after relocating, the potential of earning a great living was evident by the number of others relocating to the area just as we did. After a couple of years commuting over an hour each way to my job in Allen, I decided to go for it and began taking online real estate classes while working full-time. In May 2014, I became a part-time licensed real estate agent while still working my full-time job, until my boss did me the biggest favor and condescended me for the very last time. Due to the amazing opportunity I had already begun pursing, I was able to say, “no more.” No longer a slave to my boss or a paycheck, I was finally able to have a quality of life and a flexible schedule to take my daughter to and from school, attend her games and schedule vacation without asking. SARAH LYONS I started my real estate career out of a drive to provide for my family. My husband had recently left medical school and our family was in need for a new game plan. I asked my mom for a Groupon for real estate school as my Christmas gift in 2013. At the time our sons were 1 & 3. After months of working on my classes at home in-between nap times and after bedtime, I completed my classes and sat for my exam. Our lives changed after that day. I have been with CENTURY 21 Judge Fite for six years now and wouldn’t change a thing! Since then we climbed out of a mountain of debt, built a year in savings, worked to fully fund retirement, purchased our first home, started investing in multifamily housing, and started traveling the world. My husband, Kevin, has been a full-time, stay-at-home dad for the last five and a half years and homeschools our sons full time (now 10 & 7). In 2017, I was honored to be named a NAR 30 under 30 recipient, which has led to countless connections with amazing agents across North America. I was also honored to be named a CENTURY 21 Relentless agent in 2019. This marks four back-to-back Presidents award earning years and two years in a row as the Judge B. Fite recipient for AGC and Volume. In real estate, anything is possible if you treat this job as a career and give it the dedication and detail it deserves. I am proud to have earned four times my salary in 2019 working less hours at a job I used to be slave too. Thank you, CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company, for putting the tools in place to have blessed my family ten-fold. Thanks to you, I’m living my best life :) 19
