CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company KAITLIN LOVERN I am so honored and blessed to celebrate another great year in real estate. I am truly indebted to this career and all the joy it has brought me. I share my success with our great brokerage and my family that makes daily sacrifices in order for me to fulfill the needs of my clients. My success has been fueled by the philosophy I embrace that each transaction deserves uncompromising trust, market expertise and open communication. I live my life and run my business by always putting my clients’ needs above all else. I take an innovative approach to my business, and thrive on fresh ideas and creative thinking. As an established agent in the industry, I appreciate my relationships and connections with other agents in our community. In the ever-changing world of real estate, my approach to business, networking and marketing remains on the forefront. 18 The heart and soul of my business comes down to being able to play an integral role in the milestone moment of each client’s home buying or selling experience. I don’t take these life-changing transitions lightly, and truly treat each transaction as if it were my own. Let’s make 2020 a year for the books! KRISTI HILLER I am a third generation real estate entrepreneur, born and raised in Oklahoma. I grew up playing sports and was on the debate team. I started my journey in real estate in 2001 as an assistant, then as an Oklahoma licensed real estate agent for the Abraham Team, specializing as a Buyer’s Agent, where our team was consistently honored as top producers. I moved to Texas after I met my future husband, Robert, on a plane from Tulsa to Dallas, and we’ve just celebrated our 11th wedding anniversary. I also fell in love with Robert’s children, Ben and Lauren, whom I’ve always thought of as my own. I became a real estate agent in Texas and now work with sellers and buyers, and over time have become a top producer, earning many awards and professional designations along the way. I was also instrumental in creating a new Women’s Realtor Association Network in Ellis County, and I’m very involved in community and charity works. I enjoy spending time with my loved ones and traveling the world. Some people say, “If you want something done...ask a busy person,” and yes, you’ve probably guessed it....call me!
