Capt Ken Reid (ON PC)

This recipient has been a CIC officer for 27 Years, and he has been employed in many important and different positions that (to exaggerate a bit - but not much) his Record of Service reads like a complete Organization Chart of the Central Region. He has worked at six Squadrons, including serving as CO at 104 Brantford for four years, at RGS in two Regions, spending a many years at two Summer Training Centres, at the RCIS, and at RCSU. It is known that he displays high dedication, co-operation and collaboration with the OPC each year

during the period of National Courses selection processing, and in assisting the Provincial Recognition and Awards Committee. He has earned an enviable reputation within the Air Cadet community. It is therefore a distinct pleasure to award Captain Ken Reid an Air Cadet League Certificate of Recognition.

Lt(N) Scott Richards (PEI PC)

This officer has served in all three elements. He is a past CO of 323 Sqn. Now DCO of 53 Squadron, he has elevated the squadron's performance to national levels with excellence in Biathlon and Marksmanship. The Air Cadet

League of Canada wishes to acknowledge his contribution and success by awarding Lt(N) Scott Richards its Certificate of Recognition. 

CI Shannon Richards (PEI PC)

Tireless efforts toward 53 Squadron since 2008, she has, and does, put in countless hours with supply, as a band coach, with effective speaking, canteen, admin, writing letters of recommendation, ensuring that cadet apply for education bursaries and scholarships, which all attest to her superior performance. For that and her demonstrated service spirit, enthusiasm and personal conduct, the Air Cadet League of Canada awards CI Shannon Richards its Certificate of Recognition!
