Lieutenant-Commander Alan Cann has dedicated his heart and soul to the Air, Army and Sea Cadets of the Northwest Region. His passion for all things related to cadets, as well as his exemplary leadership skills, have enabled him to be in charge of all three elements in Saskatchewan. For more than 25 years of service to his country, and to all cadets, the Air Cadet League of Canada is pleased to award its Certificate of Recognition.

Robert W. Constable (NB PC)

This former accomplished CIC officer, now a lawyer, has been, pro bono, of very significant assistance to the NB PC on several occasions. He has overseen the process of Incorporation and Memorandum of Agreement of the PC. He has more recently reviewed the proposed Affiliation Agreement between the National League and the PCs vis-à-vis the CRA, and he has helped with the NB PC’s bid for a new Business Number.  He was made Honorary Legal Counsel of the NB PC in 1996. His counsel and generosity over the many years has been very much appreciated. For his great support to the NB PC and Air Cadet League elements in New Brunswick, the Air Cadet League of Canada is awarding Robert W. Constable its Certificate of Recognition.

Welley Gérard Cyr (QOV PC)

Former officer of the Canadian Armed Forces, Mr. Cyr has made generous donations toward the air cadets of the Abitibi Temiscamingue and Saqgeunay - Lac St-Jean in support of the Motorized Familiarization Flying Program and the creation of post secondary scholarships. The Air Cadet League of Canada is pleased to award him the Certificate of Recognition.

Capt Brain Earle, CD2 (NL PC)

This CIC officer from Newfoundland and Labrador has devoted 52 consecutive years of his life to the success of the Air Cadet Movement, including 16 years as the CO of 514 Squadron. He sought the development and enrichment of youth, striving always to help them achieve their best.  He displayed leadership, integrity and commitment to the program at all times. The Air Cadet League of Canada salutes Captain Brian Earle and awards him its Certificate of Recognition.
