Dean Black (ON PC)
An effective catalyst in the support of the Air Cadet League and the Royal Canadian Air Cadets through promotion and advocacy in his position as Executive Director of the RCAF Association and Executive Editor of Airforce Magazine, he has, through his dedication and co-operation with the League's National Resources Generation Committee, raised awareness and thousands of dollars in support of the League's and Air Cadet programs. He is a great link and bridge between our two organizations. For this, the Air Cadet League of Canada is saying a massive thank you and is delighted to present Dean Black its Certificate of Recognition!
Curtis Bousfield (SK PC)
This League Director has been a significant contributor to 41 Hercules Squadron in SK. He was SSC Chair from 2015 to 2017. His company provides transportation at cost, and he donates his time to drive. He helped to organize and was a Gold Sponsor for the 75th anniversary for Regina Air Cadets. He secured a Fund Raiser who so far has raised $25,000. He promotes the Squadron and Air Cadets. He is Director of two squadrons and an active League Member. He has made significant contributions to Camp Saskadet. For his tremendous service to 41 Squadron and beyond, the Air Cadet League of Canada is most pleased and thankful to award Curtis Bousfield its Certificate of Recognition!
Lou M. Breithaupt (ON PC)
A member of 540 Golden Hawks Squadron staff since 2013, Civilian Instructor Lou Breithaupt has provided motivated Leadership to the Ground School program, producing exceptional results. All flying scholarship candidates have scored over 90% on their qualifying exams and the Squadron has received five PPS and five GPS billets each summer. His work in preparing Cadets for National Courses interviews, coordination of the Duke of Edinburgh program, and supporting weekend training and activities, also contributes significantly to an enhanced experience for Oakville Air Cadets. In appreciation of the dedicate and outstanding support given to the 540 Air Cadets, the Air Cadet League of Canada is delighted to award CI Breithaupt this Certificate of Recognition!
