Fifty Nine – Summary
In Module Fifty Eight we wrapped up the Trilogy Customer C.A.R.E. Programme,
with useful slogans and affirmations. With this final module, we have completed
58 modules, designed to be tackled and reviewed on a weekly basis, which
effectively means it is a one year programme, and a bit. With this intense focus
on customer care over the course of a year, most people should come out of
this programme with a new understanding of the importance of customer c.a.r.e,
and in addition and critically, the emotional and intellectual understanding that
C.A.R.E. means CUSTOMERS ARE REALLY EVERYTHING!

nd of course, customer care is not
a course that you attend and that’s

some companies and their representatives’
performance against the mirror image of
customer c.a.r.e., as discussed in module
fifty three. But before that, one indulgence
please. I am a child of the sixties, and I
grew up on hit parades, so I have compiled
a Trilogy Top Ten

hit parade, the songs
of which come mainly
from that era, and of course the Beatles
predominate! Here it is:
I Can’t Get No Satisfaction …… The Rolling Stones
Your ultimate customer must never sing this
There’s No Business Like “Oh” Business ……. Various Artists
Business is good, it is necessary, and it is a significant part of the Trilogy Truths
Even the Bad Times are Good …… The Tremeloes
Think positively, even in the bad times – always try to wear your yellow hat (de Bono),
because it is good for your psychological balance
All You Need is Love …… The Beatles
The best way to avoid discrimination, and to stop your body language from being
negative, is to love what you’re doing – so say yes to oxytocin
