to help them understand how they should be attracting
autistics to work with them because generally high
functioning are gifted with exceptional brain function
which is somewhat beneficial for a lot of companies.

people. Social work doesn’t just appeal to people who
are autistic and their families but they help public all over t
understand Autism better. Helping politicians understand
more about Autism helps them to make sure that
government policies show real understanding of Autism.
They are helping businesses and services of all sizes to
become welcoming to autistic people. They are planning
to educate millions about Autism based on the real life
studies they have.
