Dr Kok , a Christian opposed to abortion , wrote : “ Thanks to ‘ family planning ’, developed nations … are in steep decline and are facing an impending financial and economic crisis that comes with an aged population .

“ Soon , our civilisations will be vanquished , and the Earth will be overrun by Black people .

If Dr Kok successfully defends the allegations before the tribunal , it is unlikely he will return to medical practice , according to his lawyer Daniel Simon , from the Human Rights Law Alliance . “ Dr Kok has been out of medical practice for five years . His patients have all moved on . His career as a doctor is effectively ended .”

Mr Simon said the delay had also caused “ financial difficulty , stress and uncertainty ” for Dr Kok , who he said was the sole provider for his wife and two young children .

“ Dr Kok ’ s clinical practice over 13 years has never been an issue . Dr Kok has never received a single complaint from any patient or colleague about his patient care .

“ On the basis of anonymous complaints by people offended by his social media posts , he has been suspended for five years .”
