BEST TIME TO GO The Red Centre has a desert climate with temperatures averaging 35 º C from October- March while in winter it ’ s around 25 º C . The Top End has a tropical monsoon climate with a dry ( May-October ) and wet season ( November-April ). The dry season has average temperatures of 32 º C , and the wet season brings thunderstorms and high humidity with temperatures about 39 º C .
