Secretary ’ s Report : Leslie Mason Motion made by James Duenow , seconded by Steve Tibbetts to approve the April 24th , 2022 , Board Meeting Minutes . Motion carried unanimously . Motion made by James Duenow , seconded by Juile Gintner to approve the April 24th , 2022 , General Meeting Minutes . Motion carried unanimously .
Treasurer ’ s Report : Arlene Bayer

Arlene presented the Balance Sheet and Income Statement . YTD Net Income ( Loss ) is ($ 53,404.87 ) and LYTD Net Income ( Loss ) was ($ 33,259.75 ). Tax return has been completed and a copy of the return has been given to the President and Secretary . Motion made by Steve Tibbetts , seconded by Steve Bobzin , to accept the Treasurer ’ s Report subject to audit from May 31st , 2022 . Motion carried unanimously .
Correspondence : There are 188 clubs renewed to date .
Committee Reports :
Championship Horse Show : Steve Tibbetts Everything is going smoothly . The sponsorship information will be available in the June Spotlight . Spryng with OsteoCushion will be one the Champ Show sponsors , just working out the details . Pertinent dates for the Champ Show , Sponsorship information and live feed information will be in the June Spotlight .
Computer : Jake Flodquist Absent . Jake has been helping reset passwords for clubs renewing their club memberships .
Drills and Squares : Marlys Mooney Wright Saddle Club submitted their camping request for MN State Fair . The barn in Hugo will not be staying at the Fairgrounds .
Futurity : Kathy Murphy Absent . Nothing to report .
Historian : Tim Wampfler Absent . Nothing to report .
Judges : Kim Ziegler Absent . Would like to select Sara Schwartz as the Committee Vice Chair .
Have received an additional Judge candidate application . With the Board ’ s approval , the Committee would like to have them do the written test at the same time , instead of having the new candidate wait until 2023 . Because of the procedural process to update the Judge ’ s test , we would prefer to use the 2021-2022 test for these tow applicants and then update the test to reflect the new Rule Book for 2023 / 2024 . Motion made by James Duenow , seconded by Kevin Berger to approve the Judges Committee recommendation . Motion carried unanimously .
