On July 11, the updated
Five Non-Negotiable
Standards were rolled out.
These non negotiable standards reflect what
is required of every customer interaction in
our current business environment.
1) All employees must engage with the
customer to build a non-business rapport
throughout the whole selling process.
(Opening through Closing)
2) All selling employees must demonstrate
the best products to most satisfy the
customer’s needs.
3) All selling employees must present and
suggest appropriate accessories that are
complimentary to the main purchase.
4) All selling employees must provide 100%
presentation for all benefits of optional
ancillary products to every customer.
5) All employees must highlight the benefits
and rewards of the referral program with
every customer interaction.
