Lock Haven Football’ s 2026 / 27 Season

Our broadcast schedule starts with a tough Division 1 field hockey match-up with Georgetown September 6th, starting at noon. New coach Valerie Clarke is hoping her young team( featuring 11 freshmen and only 2 seniors) gets off to a fast start this season- they ' ll be learning about each other and their new coach at the same time! Last year ' s LHU football team finished with a winning record for the first time this millenium. Coach Joe Battaglia wants to build on that success but a move to the Western Division of the PSAC means tougher competition. As always, the ' never say die ' Bald Eagles will look to surprise teams with Battaglia ' s explosive offense, potentially led by senior quarterback Cole Transue. Hear and watch the first home game of the year, September 19th, starting at 6.
Volleyball is featured September 29th- a match at Thomas Fieldhouse against Millersville is set to start at 6. Head coach Mike Kraft enters his fourth season at the Haven and is looking to continue to watch his team achieve- they went 10 and 18 last year, winning their last two matches in a row. Most importantly, they return every player from last season, providing continuity.
