Jeff Pennycoff instilled a deep appreciation for traditional country music in his daughters from a very young age , sharing classics from legends like Johnny Cash and Merle Haggard . Mia and Ava started their musical journey early , performing in their family ’ s barn-turned-church as part of their father ’ s worship team from the ages of nine and ten . They share their love of country music with the mission to share positivity & inspiration . Formed in 2022 , Mix Tape features experienced area musicians that get together to have fun playing the music they love . Joel Long ( who you may know as the Mayor of Lock Haven ) on vocals and guitar , Shane Jones on guitar , Jason Brown on keyboards , Lee Baird plays bass , with Jeff Kreitz on drums . Mix Tape puts on a high energy show , playing your favorite tunes from the 70s , 80s , 90s , and 00s ....

Proving that rock and roll never dies , these veteran musicians started what they call " a crazy adventure ," and have been playing together all around Central Pennsylvania for the last three years ... songs you know and remember from the 1970 ' s ' til today . Members Rus Shaffer , Rod Shaffer , Rich Tressler , and Dave Miller will bring a smile to your face from the time they hit the first note . Ridin ' Shotgun has been a staple at the Annual Bear Bash for over 20 years . Based out of Millville , PA , the band features Ed on guitar , keyboards , and vocals , Shaun on drums and vocals , Krispy J on lead guitar , and the newest member of the band , Jamie , on bass guitar and vocals . With their blend of old and new country music and classic rock , Ridin ' Shotgun is a real crowd pleaser , and we look forward to seeing them every year !
