Dress Code Policy ( K-12 )
Please be sure that you are familiar with our dress code policy for students in Kindergarten through Grade 12 . The detailed dress code policy is also available on the CCS app .
To assist you in preparing for some of the typical challenges we face each year , please check that last year ’ s clothing fits properly . Please note that all colors must be SOLID and should not be variegated . Typical areas of caution are as follows : clothing should not be too tight , and skirts / jumpers ( Kindergarten through Grade 12 ) must always reach to the crease of the back of the knee ( meaning the front of the skirt will typically fall below the knee ). Remember that “ skorts ” are not designed to be long enough for the CCS dress code , so they should not be used ; jumpers must be the type that requires the dress code polo to also be worn with it .
Once again , please refer to the detailed dress code policy to be sure you and your student fully understand the dress code . Please contact Mrs . Snyder , Mrs . Press , or the school office if you have any questions .

Parents , Teachers , Friends Association ( PTFA )
As a parent of a CCS student , you are automatically an important and valued member of the PTFA . Your involvement , ideas , and participation are VITAL to the success of our school . Currently , we do not have a PTFA Core Team in place . If you want to learn more about any of the three roles ( president , secretary , treasurer ), please get in touch with Tonya Snyder at tsnyder @ contactccs . org .
We conducted a PTFA survey and hosted a drop-in breakfast gathering in the spring to solicit parental feedback about the future activities and structure of the PTFA . Based on the 19 survey responses and the feedback received during our breakfast gathering of six ( including two administrators ), we learned the following :
• 100 % believe the PTFA should provide opportunities for building a sense of school community .
2024-2025 PTFA Core Team
President – Vacant Secretary – Vacant Treasurer – Vacant
• 100 % believe the PTFA should financially support enrichment opportunities for the school .
• 84 % believe it is important to have a formal parent group ( PTFA ) to accomplish the above goals .
