She taught me that I should be independent and have the motto of “ hard work and dedication ” which will take you far in life . Most of all she taught me how to love unconditionally and even when I failed ; she was there to support me .

WHAT IS ONE IMPORTANT SKILL YOU THINK EVERYONE SHOULD HAVE ? Patience . When you have patience you definitely have other attributes such as tolerance , commitment , persistence , calmness and endurance which enable you to conquer or overcome just about anything but most of all you can experience the beauty of each moment when you have patience .

WHAT IS ONE OF YOUR GREATEST ACHIEVEMENTS ? Raising two beautiful daughters
HOW DID YOU GET STARTED IN THE INDUSTRY ? My first boss was opening up a property in a neighborhood with a high percentage of minorities and there were no minorities on staff that could relate to the neighborhood and she asked if I wanted to come help lease-up the new property and that was 33 years ago .
