We have effectively come to the end of the programme. There is little more to be
said, except that we must remember, and continuously remind ourselves, what
customer care is all about. It is a way of life, it is a way of business, and it is a way of
being. And with all the distractions that modern life throws at us, it is necessary to
keep on committing to the customer care beliefs and to do this we need support.

were all the rage, and whilst
these are no longer in vogue, it does still
have relevance.
So, please indulge me, as I give you some

for you, as long as you buy into the
