Meeting Minutes
Futurity : Renee Lee Absent . Lynn reported that she attended the May meeting , and they are firming up the guidelines for the Futurity classes . They will be adding a longeline scoresheet . Working on payment structure , language scripts for Sponsorship , putting together a calendar for timing of materials .
Historian : Tim Wampfler Absent . Nothing to report .
Judges : Kim Ziegler Absent . Applicants in process of guest Judging .
Marketing & Promotions : Rachel Duenow The raffle went well , and the video of the drawing is on Facebook . The list of winners will be published in Spotlight . Sponsorships are continuing to come in .
Nominating : Kevin Berger Absent . Nothing to report .
Procedures : Sandy Strube Absent . Nothing to report .
Publicity : Lori Taylor : Planning for Royalty Show next weekend . In August they will have the Royalty Banquet and attend the Special Olympics .
Royalty : Bridget Behrns The application deadline is 3 weeks away . Advertising on Facebook to get more interest . The remaining forms are to be updated this week .
Rulebook : Cindy Ladd Absent . Have received three petitions with signatures .
Safety Committee : Corey Swartout Absent . Nothing to report .
Scholarship : Julie Gintner The 14 Scholarship applications have been sent out to the Judges . There will be three scholarships awarded .
Old Business :
Digital Document Storage : The Rulebook Committee information has been uploaded . Will look at uploading the Royalty Committee information next .
Club Support : A document is published in the June Spotlight regarding the Health of WSCA clubs .
Adaptive Riding : Paul connected us with Courage Kenny and spoke with Michael Kane . Michael then directed us to Kris Kelly who is the state coordinator for the Special Olympics . Lynn spoke with Kris and had a very good conversation regarding the adaptive classes . Lynn asked her to review all our materials and Kris has also offered to share all their training materials with WSCA .

Looking into Special Event Insurance in case Champ Show ever gets cancelled . Will get information and bring back to next meeting .
Motion made by Steve Bobzin , seconded by Julie Gintner to adjourn the meeting at 8:34 PM . Motion carried unanimously .
