Meeting was called to order by President Lynn-Ellen St . Martin at 7:00 PM Public Open Comment : None
Secretary ’ s Report : Leslie Mason Motion made by Julie Gintner , seconded by Amber Duncanson to approve the May 3 , 2023 , Board Meeting Minutes . Motion carried unanimously .

Balance Sheet and Income Statement was presented , YTD Net Income ( Loss ) is ($ 3,274.53 ) and LYTD Net Income ( Loss ) was ($ 53,430.84 ). The 2022 tax return has been completed . Motion made by Julia Northwick , seconded by Julie Gintner , to accept the Treasurer ’ s Report subject to audit from May 31 , 2023 . Motion carried unanimously .
Correspondence : Received a total of 186 club renewals for 2023 , last year to-date received 188 renewals .
Committee Reports :
Championship Horse Show : James Duenow Working on sponsorship side of Champ Show . Talked to State Fair about high point awards . Looking for bids to set up stalls at the fairgrounds . Freeborn County Fair will be renting 70 stalls , will be looking for help with the stalls .
Lynn Ellen St . Martin will be the Pleasure Judge Coordinator for Champ Show and Ben Sparks will be the Games Judge Coordinator for Champ Show .
Looking for a vet for this year ’ s Champ Show .
Computer : Jake Flodquist Absent . Matthew discussed Equiscribe entry system and explained the difference between static entry and live entry . Statis entry is the counterpart to live entry and is 95 percent finished . The static entry will be available for free for all of the WSCA affiliates . Would like WSCA to pilot static entry and guide the entries through the same system , the tie ups that go into Champ Show will go away . The static system can generate showbill , class list , and will present options for placing 1 st & 2 nd . This will be used for entries and qualifications and the qualifications can be submitted digitally . Can export the final placement data and send to the Judge to sign . There will be video tutorials and an instruction sheet regarding the static entry .
Drills and Squares : Marlys Mooney Wright Saddle club and Flying E ’ s will be participating at the State Fair .
