Historian : Tim Wampfler Absent . Nothing to report .
Judges : Lynn-Ellen St . Martin
Lynn-Ellen has been answering questions from potential applicants . 1 of the 2 judge applicants is set up for judging this summer . Mary Leonhart has decided to retire from WSCA .
Marketing & Promotions : Rachel Duenow
Absent . Rachel is continuing to work on website updates . Rachel has been busy working with Herald Journal . Sponsorships have been coming in for Champ Show .
Nominating : Ann Goebel There are currently 3 interested Board candidates , and Ann is looking for more .
Procedures : Sandy Strube Nothing to report .
Publicity : Lori Taylor
The 2023-2024 court members in attendance presented on their upcoming events . They are getting ready for their upcoming fundraiser show , a parade in Hugo , as well as Special Olympics .
Royalty : Bridget Behrns
Everything is on-track for the Royalty Contest . The location of the Banquet will be River City Extreme in Monticello on August 16 th . Bridget is working with Rachel on a banquet flyer and crowns have been ordered . Bridget is looking for judges for the contest .
Rulebook : Cindy Ladd
Liz has provided a list of club presidents and secretaries to Cindy . Cindy is working on checking eligible signatures for petitions .
Safety Committee : Corey Swartout Absent . Scholarship : Julie Gintner
There are currently 21 scholarship applications in .
Old Business :
-2024 Banquet Planning- The Banquet flyer has been updated to include the RSVP form . Paul is working on a $ 500 sponsorship for the bar for the banquet . Looking for door prizes and silent auction items . -2025 Champ Show planning- Looking at multiple options , and their pros / cons . The committee is weighing out all options to find what would be best for the Association .
