variety of music choices and I do aim to shock. A weakness of mine is the rawness of Corey Taylor’s vocals when he belt’s out Snuff acoustically on YouTube.

You see all these artists have entered my life at so many different times from my innocent younger self and The Spice Girls to my inner Rock chick and Slipknot. Every song I listen to has a meaning, a rawness about it, the lyrics alone can heal you. That’s what Music does for me it heals me and allows me to express how I’m feeling without talking. All I have to do is say “listen to this” and people can understand my mood from one song.

From Acoustic voices of City and Colour to the swinging 60’s and Elvis, every genre, artist and song to me is relatable. I think my obsession for Music is a healthier obsession than most. Every song brings back a fond memory I thought I’d forgotten and for that I’m thankful.

keep my mind occupied. Until my ears give in at an old age I’ll forever be listening to it. Even in my nursing home I’ll annoy the people around with my obsession.
