3. What does music mean to you?

Matt: Yeah, it’s a way of life for me at the moment. I am studying electronic music production at Point Blank along with 2RS and our project Yardrock Bass, all of my time is taken up with music related tasks. It’s brilliant, I love it! Creating music is the best part of it for me, it’s just fun!

Jamie: Cheesy as it sounds... EVERYTHING. It's what drives me on I can’t live a life with no rhythm or rhyme. If I'm angry I can draw for the aggy Grime like Tempz, if I’m in a really lively mood with the sun blazing you know you want old school 4x4 House n G! Mostly I’ve been playing a lot of Bassline in the past few months, I feel it's come on so much in recent years and love the new harder stuff.

4. You are set to launch the Yardrock Bass label with Marvellous Cain, what will the main aims of the label be?

The main aim is to bring you top quality bass music. This will be Grime, UKG, Bassline, Bass House anything that's going to bump in a dance. Where Marv already has RIQ Yardrock you can expect a lot of crossover release’s and remixes from artists on both labels which is going to be exciting to say the least. We are kicking things off with some remixes of Marv’s Jungle classics from some very talented producers across the spectrum of Bass music. We have some great artists on board already such as Scott Garcia, Smokey Bubblin B, Moony, Mind of a Dragon, Scott & Nick and Celladore. The remixes
