So we've all been there, you're totally buzzing after your set, dive onto a raft in the crowds, and accidentally break a fan's neck. Whoops!
Three years after this shocking incident at the Hard Rock Hotel in San Diego, the EDM DJ is being sued. Aoki loves to give a show and often has wild moments to entertain the fans, on this occasion he jumped from the high stage onto a raft in the audience. The fan, Brittany Hickman ended up being knocked to the floor and later found that she had a broken neck.
Hard Rock is also being sued, no comments have been released on this incident. Brittany wants justice, and for the world to know her story.
