This modified volleyball game is appropriate for all levels of play and
will give you a cardio workout all while having fun. Join the Auburn Hills
Rhino’s in the Community Center gym on Friday’s where new players

ARTHRITIS FOUNDATION TAI CHI
The Arthritis Foundation Tai Chi Program is a joint friendly program
designed to make a positive impact on your daily life. Participants
learn a series of graceful flowing movements adapted from the ancient
Chinese discipline of Sun-style tai chi. Anyone can benefit from this
program, including those interested in maintaining healthy joints as
well as those living with mild to moderate arthritis.

BALANCE TRAINING
Designed to build bone, strengthen core, pelvic and leg muscles while
improving posture and balance. Participants rotate to stations for 30- 45
second intervals using equipment such as stability balls, balance boards,
stretch bands, versa discs, porcupine balls, etc. Stations change regularly to

CIRCUIT TRAINING

Three indoor courts are available for open, non-competitive play. Upon
arrival registered players sign- in on the white board located in the
