On tab one is my igoogle home page. You can customize this with widgets (little program boxes). I have the following widgets: search box, dictionary.com lookup box, local weather, and google bookmarks. I keep all my bookmarks in google bookmarks so I can access them from any computer and they will never be lost. If I crash or change browsers or computers, I am not starting over.

On tab seven is my Google Voice. With Google voice you can get a free phone number. I use that number as my business number because it won't change if I change phone carriers. Google voice routes all calls to that number to any phone or phones that you select. It has an expanded contact list that ties together with your google mail contacts. You can group people into business, family, friends etc and then route calls from those groups to specific phones or straight to voicemail (which is included). You can record calls, you can call directly from your computer or you can use an Android phone app that ties the number to a cell phone. When I got my Android phone I installed the Google Voice App. Once installed it downloaded all 379 phone contacts into my phone from Google voice. I didn't have to type in anything. Also when I make a call with that phone it asks me if I want to call using my personal cell phone number or my Google voice number. Since I use the Google number for business I call my customers with that number, keeping my personal cell phone number private. Google voice has too many options to list here, but it gives you (and your business) a free phone number, switchboard and voicemail. It's fantastic!
