The next in the Tarot Lovers Trilogy is ‘Challenge’ – the idea here is that once the cards have been discovered and learned, the next step is to challenge that knowledge with a Tarot Quiz. The Tarot Quiz is a really fun app, but a great way for people to learn Tarot. Users are asked to select from multiple choice answers and there are a series of questions about different tarot cards. If you don’t like reversals you can skip those questions and not lose points but if you want to be tested on your reversals too then this is the quiz for you. Best of all is that if you are feeling competitive then you can keep track of your progress and see how others are doing by signing in to the Apple ‘Game Centre.’ Here you scores are all logged for future reference and there is a leaderboard. I thought that as I had written the quiz I would naturally be at the top of the leaderboard, but I was really quite pleasantly surprised to have been beaten into third place by some very knowledgeable Tarot fans. It is great fun and an ideal tool for learning and testing your Tarot knowledge. http://www.paranormality.com/tarot_card_quiz_app.shtml

The last but by far certainly not the least Tarot app in the Tarot Trilogy is the ‘Reveal’ app. The Reveal app which has since gone on to spawn a number of similar apps, makes for a great finale. The idea is that once you have learned the cards, tested your knowledge of the cards, you are now ready to have a set of electronic cards in your pocket. ‘Reveal’ sounded to me like a great name for the app that resides at the end of the Trilogy. For me the name conjures up the idea of ‘reveal your destiny’ or ‘reveal your future.’ This app is great because after learning the cards and testing that knowledge the next step is to see the cards in situ and the next best thing to having the physical deck is to have an electronic one in your pocket. You can select from a number of pre-set spreads or you can even drag and drop the cards on screen to a spread layout of your choice. There’s even a handy journal where you can save all of your readings for future use. A browse card sections allows you to skim through the cards and look at what they all mean.
