Question 19 asked respondents to list other benefits they would like ATMS to offer for membership . This was a free text entry question and was analysed qualitatively .
Unaware of Resources Before completing this survey , many members reported being unaware of all the resources and services available to them . They wanted to know better ways to make use of these resources . A few suggested better communication and support from staff could help in this area .
