help with. I have noticed that not all of our golfers check in with the
pro shop staff prior to teeing off. The staff actually has to try and see
the players on the first tee or the ninth green. If we can get everyone
to stop in to the shop before they go out to play, it would help us
know exactly who is on the course each day. We will have new
employees working in our golf shop from time to time and this will
help them get to know you as well.
The second item is that we will be asking you to sign your food and
beverage tickets as you close out. This will help ensure that we have
the correct details and the proper account. There have been quite
a few questions on charges in the short time I have been here and
this should help with these issues.
