The whole ATK ® WORLD CUP heels “ U ” springs are made out of TITANIUM . This material provides an incredible lightness but is prone to wear and tear , with possible performance and safety ratio loss .
The ROLLING-IN SYSTEM ® is a revolution in this field . Two small HARDENED STEEL bushings ( 0,4 mm section ) are applied to the front-end of the “ U ” spring , saving Titanium from wear and tear .

2 . Easier and softer step-in and more stable vertical release thanks to the rolling bushings .

Il ROLLING-IN SYSTEM ® è una rivoluzione in questo campo . Due piccole boccole in ACCIAIO TEMPERATO ( sezione da 0,4 mm ) sono applicate alla parte frontale della molla ad “ U ” per proteggere il Titanio della usura .

ELASTIC RESPONSE SYSTEM
A spring is placed in between the base plate of the binding and the adjustment screw . When the ski bents under the effect of a compression or a jump , the heel part can slide backward with an elastic travel of 10 or 12 mm , depending on the binding .
Una molla è inserita tra la slitta della talloniera e la vite di regolazione dell ’ attacco . Quando lo sci si flette per effetto di una compressione o di un salto , la talloniera può traslare verso la coda dello sci e ritornare in sede alla fine della sollecitazione , grazie all ’ effetto dell ’ ELASTIC RESPONSE SYSTEM ®. ( 10 o 12 mm di corsa elastica a seconda del modello ).
