Honorary Life Members Ken Amos Ken has been an education ‘guru’ in his home county of Kent forever, for the London and East Region since its inception, and for ICC Europe throughout the time that it has used first ACU&S tutors, and, more recently, ACO tutors to assist with training in Europe. To say he is well regarded across all these areas of work would be an understatement. When he is not tutoring, he is assessing, and when he is not assessing, he still stands as one of the most respected officials in the south-east, still plying his trade in the Kent Premier League as and when required. This award is recognition of a life in cricket, and for a national and international reputation as an educator. Gavin Lane Gavin played cricket for the Royal Navy, but had to stop when he became Commander of a nuclear submarine (due to lack of space!). Having resurfaced and on leaving the Royal Navy, he began a new phase of his cricketing career as a coach, umpire, scorer and the Chairman of Devon ACO. Following a period of outstanding commitment and leadership, he has now stepped down from his duties in the county, but remains Performance and Development Officer for the south-west. Lesley Morgan Lesley has been a key mover and shaker in the world of scoring since the inception of the ACO. One of the original authors of the first Level 2, she continued to play a leading role in the development of scorer training and became the i
