Tuelo Daniel Serufho Panelist Mr Serufho is the Secretary General of the Confederation of Southern African National Olympic Committees of Africa (COSANOC, since April 2017 and has been the CEO of the Botswana NOC since Feb 2010. Between 2013 and 2014, he served as CEO for the 2nd African Youth Games that Botswana hosted in May 2014. He was involved in the establishment of the Botswana Games (National Under 18 multi-sport games) and served as General Manager thereof in 2009 and has organised two tournaments of the African Junior Championships in Tennis. In addition Mr Serufho is a member of the Association of National Olympic Committees of Africa (ANOCA) Games Coordinating Committee, a Board Member of the Botswana National Sport Commission and was the Chef de Mission for Team Botswana to the 2010 Commonwealth Games in Delhi, India His academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport and Recreation Management and an Executive Masters in Sport Organisation Management and he is a former tennis player and coach, holding an International Tennis Federation Level 1 coaching certificate.
